Welcome to Caledonia Medical Practice
PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW FOR INFORMATION ON WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING DURING THESE TIMES AT THE PRACTICE
This year the practice will NOT be completing FLU Vaccines. Lanarkshire Health Board will contact all eligible patients directly by letter with a venue, date and time of appointment. The letters will start to go out from the 5th October onwards. We have no control over when this will be for each category. This letter will also provide details of who to call if the time given is not suitable. THE GP PRACTICE CANNOT RESCHEDULE THESE APPOINTMENTS.
If you need to speak to a GP regarding a routine or urgent health condition then please call the practice between 8am and 3pm each day - Monday to Friday. You will receive a call back from a GP before 6pm on the same day. We are unable to allocate a specific time for the call back. After 3pm the GP will only be dealing with patients who require URGENT SAME DAY ADVICE.
Medication review with the GP?
You can arrange up to a week in advance an appointment to discuss your medication with a GP. These are carried out on a TUESDAY THURSDAY AND FRIDAY each week.
Non Urgent test results can be discussed with the GP on a TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. These can also be booked up to 1 week in advance. Urgent test results can be discussed on the same day if the GP deems it necessary
The GP will determine if the results are URGENT or not.
