Our appointment booking system has changed- You will receive a call back from a GP on the same day you call. If the GP feels a face to face examination is required- they will arrange a suitable time for this to be done- usually on the same day
If you have a health concern of any kind that requires you to speak to a GP please call the practice any time between 8am and 5pm. You will have to provide the administration team with the details of your health concern to ensure you speak to the appropriate person. You will receive a call back from either a GP, Pharmacist or Advanced Nurse Practitioner. This call may result in a video consultation which will mean you need access to the internet or a mobile phone. (alternative arrangements can be arranged if you do NOT have access)
Please make sure you answer the call as we cannot continue to retry due to the volumes of calls
The majority of these appointments will be carried out by telephone or video consultation. There will be days where the nurses will be available for face to face consultations, please ask the administration team when you call for information.
Telephone Interpreters are available if required. Please let our receptionist know in advance if you require this service.
