Our appointment booking system has changed, we have a number of routine and emergency appointments.  All of our appointments are bookable on the day- You will receive a call back from a GP on the same day you call. 

If you need a face to face examination the GP will arrange a suitable time for this to be done- usually on the same day

If you have an urgent health concern that requires you to speak to a GP please call the practice any time between 8am and 5pm.  You will have to provide the administration team with the details of your health concern to ensure you speak to the appropriate person. You will receive a call back from either a GP, Pharmacist or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.  

Please make sure you answer the call as we cannot continue to retry due to the volumes of calls 

Please note we only deal with emergencies between 5pm and 6pm

Practice Nurse Appointments:

We now have 2 Practice Nurses, The majority of these appointments will be available for a face to face consultation.  there will be some appointments which can be carried out as a telephone consultation, please ask the administration team when you call for information.
